The Super Mario Bros Movie hitting the Billboard Hot 100 deserves attention. 🍑

This is what I notice...

I know Super Mario Bros. has been a loved game since it's invention in 1985 with its evolving stories, game systems, and music.

Now, game themed music is special because most who play video games have been playing since they were kids.

When I play Sonic and hear the theme song, I'm thinking of my sister and me opening our Sega Genesis we got for the holidays and screaming.

Cue popular TV shows, movies still being made today, and cute theme songs.

The point is, people are responding to video game themed movies, TV shows, and music now more than ever.

It's because games create connections that become world wide communities like never before.

Every community has music lovers.

And what does music do?

No matter if it's from a radio, Bluetooth, social, movie, or game?

It brings back memories.

Memories of conquering challenges, winning battles, and saving the princess. 🏰

So, it's important that "Peaches, Peaches, Peaches" is making waves in the music industry.

And it's not the only time.

Fun fact:

In 2019,
The Walt Disney Company hit number 98 with Kingdom Hearts 3's song "Simple and Clean."

That's why I'm excited to see what Star Wars has planned as they continue in this direction.

Thanks for our favorite DJ's soundtrack by the way!
